We ship worldwide via USPS for all domestic and international packages.
Shipping & Handling Charges are as follows:
- $4.00 - First Class Mail (1 - 7 Days Delivery) - Domestic Shipping
- $8.95 - Priority Mail (1-3 Days Delivery)
- $20.00 - Express Mail (1-2 Day Delivery)
- FREE SHIPPING for orders over $40.00 and up
International Shipping is calculated during checkout.
We are not responsible for any shipping deliveries that may be affected by customs, natural occurrences, transfers from USPS to the local carrier in your country or air and ground transportation strikes or delays, nor any extra fees, customs or back end charges once the package has exited the United States.
ORDER PROCESSING TIME:
The processing time for orders is 3 - 5 business days excluding weekends and Holidays. After that, delivery time within the United States is 3 - 7 days, based off the shipping method you choose during checkout and 10 - 15 business days for internationally orders. Please keep in mind that during holidays or limited edition launches, sales this time may vary.
Any packages that is returned to our company the customer will be responsible for paying the shipping cost again. We will not resend your package and instead issue a store credit from the subtotal of your order (not including shipping fee).. NO EXCEPTIONS!!!!!!!!
Fierce Beaute' is not responsible for any delays in delivery caused by unclaimed packages or incorrect shipping addresses (the shipping address the customer enters at the time of the purchase is the address we will ship the package to). Please ensure that your shipping information is correct during your checkout process to avoid any delays in your order's delivery date.
LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES:
Fierce Beaute' is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages. If your tracking information states that your package was delivered to your address you provided during checkout and you have not received it, you must contact the United States Postal Service directly at 1-800-ASK-USPS® (1-800-275-8777).
Any lost, stolen, or damaged packages must be reported as a claim to USPS. A insurance claim can be opened with USPS if you purchased Priority Mail or Express Mail shipping ONLY.
